We have designed an tested new process for capturing legacy documents (lease contracts, burial place records..). Process for capturing documents is fast and easy to use.
It consists of the following steps:
- Document scanning
- Files are automatically transfered to web server via file share or web service
- Users do the mapping of files to cemetery locations (graves) or deceased
